Are my efforts are being paid?

When Alicia steps into the class, she feels something that following her. Yeah, those worried, afraid, and fearful follow behind her. Alicia, 14 years old girl that usually is a cheerful girl, but today, she can only put a black face. Why? Because she will fight with her biggest enemy, technology daily test.

“How can I do the test perfectly? I didn’t study last night. ” she said it worriedly.

“Ha...ha...Ha... I just know that the most cheerful girl in the class can worried too. I think you have to learn me, read the books at home, and not just become the sweetest girl.” said Austrina.

Alicia’s rival, Austrina is a beautiful girl with high confidence. She isn't only good at any subject, but also good at sport and art.

“Thanks for your attention. But I think you just memorize your own thing, memorizer! ”

“So you underestimate me? O. K., let’s compete our technology daily test’s score! Who win, who can be the leader of next camping, are you in the agreement?”

Alicia traps in her heart chaos now.  If she loses, she will serve that ridiculous girl for three day. Three day, that’s a long time. But if she wins, everyone won’t treat her as a trash. In this moment, Austrina friend’s, Crystal and Silver come to make Alicia embarrass.

 “Are you afraid? Well, that’s not a strange thing to happen because all of us know Austrina’s ability. ” said Crystal.

“I don’t think that you have this gut to take this challenge.” said Silver.

“O. K., I agree. I will prove that I‘m a human, not a toy! "

       

        Alicia quickly answers with anger. She immediately turned around and left the classroom full of competition and debate. She aims to get one of five first ranks in her class so she doesn’t be underestimated by the rich kid in class. She headed the school garden that filled with floral scent and then she begins to learn about the material of ICT’s exam. Perhaps that’s the best place for Alicia, where the birds are singing, the gentle breeze blows, and doesn’t hear a lots variety of taunts. When she learns half, the only friend as simple as Alicia, Max comes and comforts her. Alicia never regarded anyone as a friend unless Max, because she thinks the other students think her being transparent.

“Ali, don’t get angry, you know that, the words that Trister said always not pleasant to hear.” said Max. Trister is Austrina, Crystal, and Silver.

“That’s nothing of it, I already used of it. Can we learn and revise together huh?"

"How dare I say no?" Max replied with a smile.

ICT exam papers will distributed in a few minutes later. Alicia is thinking whether she will have higher score than Austrina, or she will become a servant in particular for 3 days.

“Just relaxed and don’t worry.” Max replied.

"How could she not worry? I consider you to prepare Austrina’s favorite goods, perhaps she will forgive you.” Crystal said with a laugh.

‘“You want ask for forgiveness first, don’t you? Maybe we will not often bully you at the camp later.” continue by Silver.

"Alicia, if you let Max company me for 3 days in the camp, we will eliminate this agreement.” said Austrina looking at the mirror.

"Although I lost, I would not let anyone else to be a substitute maid," said Alicia.

"Alicia isn’t certainly lost, so you don’t have to pretend go first, Austrina.” said Max.

When the teacher entered the classroom, all students with a curious face questioning their score. Then the teacher is going to announce ICT exam’s results.

"At this time exam, which scored 100 just one person. According to all of you, who scores 100 at this exam? "

"Of course is Austrina! She's the smartest in the class,” said everyone in class except Alicia and Max. Alicia felt she would lose this match. The hearts of the teachers and students are all fixed on the Austrina. She felt desperate and sad.

"Who get 100 in the exam this time is Alicia, not Austrina." said the teacher.

"Huh? Alicia?” said everyone except Alicia and Max.

Suddenly, Alicia cried. She wept her tears with happiness and partly also because of distrust of students in the class.

"I've already lost. If you want to laugh, just frankly do it. You don’t have to laugh at people behinds’.” said Austrina.

"I won’t laugh at you. I hope you stop mocking me and really think of me as a student in this class.” Alicia replied softly.

“Good. We hope to make it up to you.” answer Austrina. They shake hands as an expression of peace between them.
